In recognition of the ongoing problems caused by COVID-19 (inc risks of further outbreaks, ongoing or new restrictions etc) your booking is subject to the following terms which take precedence over any conflicting terms.

If directly or indirectly because of the effects of COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19, it is impossible or impractical or against any relevant Government guidance to hold the event as booked, then the venue, artist or promoter may postpone or cancel the event. If we agree a postponement, then all ticket money will be refunded. This COVID-19 statement will continue to apply to that new event.

All tables are booked in groups of 6, all 6 members of the booking must arrive together at the same time to gain entry. Individuals arriving separately from the booking will not be granted entry to the event.
The name of the lead booker will be printed on each ticket.
The lead booker must be in attendance and photo ID checks will be made on entry.
ID must be in its original form and not a copy.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please stay at home, self-isolate and contact NHS111 for further advice

• If you begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms during your visit please go outside immediately, inform someone in your party, return home and contact NHS111 for further advice


• To gain entry to the venue or any event Engine Shed operated event, please ensure you are wearing adequate face cover as per government guideline unless exempt.


• Please use hand sanitiser on entry and feel free to make use of the PPE available


• Observe social distancing of 2 metres wherever possible but a minimum of 1m at all times


• Please stay seated during the show and refrain from raising your voice or shouting


• Stay seated throughout the show and let our staff take care of all your beverage requests


• No bodily contact - no hugging, no kissing, no hand-shaking etc.


• Our furniture has been carefully arranged to maximise social distancing,please respect this and do not move it


• When using our rest room facilities please ensure hands are thoroughly washed before leaving


• Follow the one way system when going to the toilet or outside into the smoking area


• Sanitise your hands and put on a mask before entering the toilet, wash your hands thoroughly after going to the toilet and continue to follow the one way system to return to your seat


• All of our team have been given full COVID-19 safety training prior to opening so please respect them and their requests if they feel necessary to remind you of any social distancing/COVID-19 safety measures
